Clear Paper Jam
I have a Dell 948 printer(Printer 948 (Photo All-in-One), I constantly get an error message Clear paper jam. I've turned it off, unpluged it, once it calibrate I keep getting this message. I open the back(no paper), I open the front(no paper), is there anyway to reset the printer? Does anyone have any suggestions?

To reset the printer, unplug from wall. Then remove the power brick for 60 seconds. This will reset any error messages the printer is getting. At this time, people have turned the printer upside down and shaked it for 30 seconds and also tried using a vacuum cleaner.

Thanks for responding, I tried your suggestion, I'm still getting the same "Clear Paper Jam". I don't have a vacuum, but I do have compressed air.
