Continuous error code 092-671

I have done all the suggested fixes for this error code but still repeating itself. the error code says reseat magenta drum and toner , I have done it numerous times.

I have a  DELL C3765dnf printer. I need it working for work.

Any help would be grateful.

Hi Rhodesha,

If you have tried all the steps suggested on http://dell.to/2mZ560t then I would suggest try updating the firmware of the printer. Here's the link http://dell.to/2nIwQ9y select the right operating system, then expand the firmware section and install Dell C3765dn Color Laser MFP Firmware.

Incase the firmware does not help the next option is to replace the drum. If the printer is in warranty, you may click on my name add me as your friend and send a private message with service tag.

I have problem to update firmware. Start and nothing happened. Like on pictures.

@marsovac100​ I had the same issue when trying to update the firmware (due to the same problem 092-670). I think the yellow patch error state keeps the update from working.

Here's how to do work around it. Take out one of the imagine drums and restart the printer. That'll put it into a different error state that allows updating.

That said, the new firmware (unsurprisingly) didn't fix the 092-670 error for me, so updating the firmware will likely not help you.
