2130CN, custom page size definition greyed out
I see where to change my custom page sizes. I found that on multiple postings. The problem is that when I get there, the options are greyed out. I cannot change any of the options. I see that I must be an admin on the box. I am. I went thru and tried to grant additional privs on the security tab. Nothing seems to work. These are the instructions I found on other postings:
go to the printer properties
select the configuration tab at the top
click on custom paper size
change the short edge measurement, then change the long edge (change the paper name if you want)
then click ok
when you open publisher and go to page setup you should be able to select the new paper size

2130cn - Sorry. I thought the model number would not be so critical. Assumed the screens to configure would be a little more generic.
