Dell 1600n Network Scan Windows 8

Hey guys. I cant seem to get the Scanner to work on my 1600n on Windows 8

The NetScan utility Dell includes in the driver seems to pick up the scanner But Windows Fax and Scan and under Scanners and Cameras it does not show up

I can access the web utility via IP and print without issue.

No special firewall rules. Basically stock settings with Windows firewall
