Dell 2330dn Printer, 2008, mono laser, prints faint line on right border of page

I thought it might be a problem with the drum, so I bought a new Dell drum for it, but the faint black line continued to print, covering the far right centimeter of the page.

Could this be a toner problem instead, or a problem with the printer? I could almost buy another printer for the cost of a new toner cartridge, and my toner is currently relatively full...

Anyone have any idea what's going on here?
