Dell 2330dn printing to MPF

This may not be a printer problem at all but a document problem.

I have a word document that keeps trying to print to the 2330dn's MPF even though the default tray is set to tray 2.  The page set-up is 8.5 x 11 and all the margins are within the page and this is the only document that keeps doing this, everything else prints correctly to tray 2.

Any suggestions?
