Hi,

What about calling the support of Dell and get it fixed? I don't think there is much more you can do at this stage than having is repaired.

That is a toner cartridge carousel error. If possible, try to reseat the toner cartridges. Failing that, call Dell tech support.

One of the toner cartridges was not in the locked position - I locked it down and the printer worked.
