Dell 3010CN Black Toner Issue

Hello all!

I've recently picked up a broken Dell 3010CN which I am attempting to fix. The problem I'm currently dealing with is that it doesn't seem to want to detect the black toner for some reason. It constantly displays the Inset TonerCart 093-973 / Insert Black Toner on the screen. I've tried reseating the toner cartridge several times and I've also tried cleaning off the contacts (not sure if I actually cleaned the contacts as I couldn't find info on what they look like) and am kinda stumped with this.

Any help with this issue would be much appreciated!
