Dell 3130cn printer error
Hello, Im from a school and we have a 3130cn Dell color Printer that everyone uses, it was working good until recently it just stops and a msg goes on saying to contact support 016-302! I took it to a business were they work on printers and everything is ok, BUT when I hook it back up to my computer its still the same error!!! PLEASE HELP IM DESPERATE, THIS IS OUR ONLY COLOR PRINTER WE HAVE!!!!

I changed the cord and did everything it said to do, but it still has the 016-302 contact support on the printer and its a 3130cn printer!
