Dell 5100cn missing Magenta
I have a Dell 5100cn that won't print the magenta color. I have replaced the toner cartridge with a new one from Dell. Ran all of the maintenance proceedure to no avail. Ran the Gradation print out, blue, yellow and black are fine, magenta starts out very very faint and then disappears altogether.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

4 years and some change and no answers? Yikes. I have the exact same problem here and cannot seem to find an answer online. My printer is out of warranty so Dell won't even help me troubleshoot. Swapping with a known good Magenta toner does not fix the issue.
The closest thing to an answer that I've found is that this is possibly a toner auger clog. Of course, the instructions for addressing such a problem are almost non-existent. I hate to tell my end user that they have to buy a new printer, but that's the direction that I'm heading in at this point.
Have you had any luck with this since posting?
