Dell 968w 3 in 1 printer.
I have a Dell 968w 3 in 1 printer. I just purchased a Dell Vostro 1720 laptop (W7 32-bit). All drivers, programs and downloads were transferrred from my old PC (Vista). When I print from the new laptop--no problem. When I try to scan, the printer tells me it cannot find scanner applications (I have the units connected with a UBS when I'm trying to do this). Help, please.

This might help you get everything working. Windows 7 has a compatibility mode and helps with installing drivers, software that worked on other Operating systems.
