Dell A920 All in One Paper Jam, But no jam
I have a 920 with a demension 2400 O.S. XP. I have had no problems with the printer but am not using it alot either. Now all of a sudden it says paper jam on start up but there is no paper in the system. I have checked and there is no paper anywhere in the system but the printer will not work. The light will light up and then say paper jam... Any help or experience with this.... Thanks

This has been a cure for many. It sound a little ridiculous but give it a try, you'll be surprised.
