Dell AIO 962 Inkject

To All:

After downloading & reinstalling drivers.........updating softward twice!!

unplugging power cables & UBS cables three times,,,,,,,,,,,,,why will the scanner STILL not work?? Help, Thanks

The computer is a Dell Dimension 8520 w/a Windows XP operating system.  Thanks for your

assistance.

Disconnect the printer. Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

 

Restart your computer.

 

Download the XP drivers.

 

Install the XP Drivers. You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on)
