Dell AIO 962 Problem
I have a problem with the AIO 962, Im printing out pages but the right side of the page the black is all faded and disfigured but the left is perfect.
I am wondering how do i fix this problem, ive printed out the test sheet and this has also happened in some parts.
Ive restarted the printer and removed the ink supply and put it back in but nothing seems to be working.
I'm on a Macbook pro, I've installed the Lexmark drivers for my printer though. I've tried with my Windows 7 laptop the same thing is happening.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Yep when printing a document the right side of the page gets distorted, just copied a sheet under the glass and it came out okay there was a few lines going through the right side but it was not completely distorted.

This happens when printer a document, correct?
Does this happen when you copy a document under the glass?
What does an image look like when you scan it?

When you say lines, can you scan the image and post it here?
Are you using Dell Series 5 ink cartridges, refilled or generic cartridges?
Did you try uninstalling the printer, restart your computer and then install the printer?
