Dell C1760nw defective printer cartridge

Dell printer, tech support for Dell C1760nw defective printer cartridge. Do NOT order Supplies through Dell.

I will NEVER buy supplies through Dell again!  I purchased an extra black toner cartridge when I got my Dell printer.  It has been a great printer.  Well the toner finally ran out of it and I tried to put in the one I had on hand that I had ordered with the printer.  It is defective and will not seat into the printer.

I was run around by Tech support, Order Support and Printer support with case number in hand etc.  All I wanted is for them to send me another cartridge.   When I got  routed to PRINTER SUPPORT they wanted the case number again.  As I was giving out the numbers the tech guy just says, wait a minute and HANGS UP ON ME!  They did not call back.  They CAN contact me and have NOT.  

This type of Customer service is absolutely unacceptable!  I have purchased two large computers from Dell printers, etc. over the last 10 years.  

DELL YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!
