Dell C1760nw making loud creaking noise when printing

Hi all, 

When the printer operates, it makes a loud creaking noise as if one of the rollers are 'unoiled' or stuck. 

It has marks on the paper when printing as if the rollers not smooth, sort of small lines on the left side of the paper with extra ink powder scattered around that side. 

I've done the cleaning process and I've even replaced the inks. I've done the machine check diagnosis, and the noise happens when all 3 motors are operating, but the noise isn't there when I checked on the cartridges. 

I have also tried manual feed but the noise still remains. 

Please advise?
