Dell Ink Jet Printer V720 Series all in one, Needs software reinstall

A company diagnised my printer problem; (New printer only prints 3 lines in Pink) and determined the printer software needs to be reinstalled.

Dell put the package together and no software was recieved with the purchase.

I ried to download software but cannot get past the Dell REGISTER NEW MACHINE screen.

Was I supposed to have gotten this software with the new PC?

Three sheets of paper were printed before the dirvers were lost/corrupted.

Any help appreciatted!
