Dell Photo Printer 540

Question

My 540 only prints on one side of the 4 x 6 photo paper. I have changed the print cartridge and still same problem.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Was wondering if you got any resolution on this?  My printer just starting printing only 1/2 of the photos even with a new cartridge and driver re-installation...just in case.  Dell won't help because it's 1 month out of warranty....

This starting to be a problem with a number of Dell 540 printers. Someone said tell won't help?

This stinks!! To call tech support would cost $49. The manual doesn't tell how to clean the print heads (assuming this printer is like other printers). Personally I think it's a problem along those lines. I tried to clean it with alcohol but still nothing. I hope we can all find a solution for this.
