Dell V305w printer Cartridge problem
Hi There,
I bought new printer cartridge (Black, Colour) and within 20 copies it gave me cartridge empty message. Having refilled the cartridge it still gives cartridge empty message. Can a cartridge be faulty?. Your help will be appreciated.

When getting a new printer, the cartridges that come with the printer are usually not filled full.
You are using Dell Series 9 ink cartridges, correct?
Dell Series 9 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges
Dell Series 9 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.
It is possible to get a Dell Series 9 ink cartridge with a bad sensor. Take it back to the place of purchase for a replacement.
