Dell V313w communication problem
hello my name is carl. i have a dell sudio hybrid with a dell v313w printer. when i got this computer new, everything installed perfectly. i havent used the printer in a while. when i go to print it gives me the failure to comunnicate issue. i did everything is says in the troubleshoot but no help. i am running comcast norton security suite. checked the firewall but cant find the dleacoms.exe file. any help will be appreciated. thanks. please contact me via email at <ADMIN NOTE: Email id removed per privacy policy>

Carl,
Can you explain the communication problem you're having?
Make and model of your computer and operating system. 32-bit or 64-bit?
Printer using a usb cable or wireless? If wireless, does the printer have a WiFi light? If yes, what color is the light with the printer turned on for a minute?
What virus program and firewall are you using?
