Some Web sites may not behave as expected in Internet Explorer is the reason there are no words in you thread.
Restart your computer and press F2 at the Dell Screen. Look for boot sequence. Make the order
CD/DVD Rom
HDD Hard Drive
removable devices
network
Save changes and exit.
That should solve the computer from waking the printer by trying to boot from it.
