I just bought a new Dell E310dw printer from Staples (Onlne purchase). It arrived yesterday (10-NOV-2016).
The Debian/Ubuntu (.deb) drivers can be found on the included Dell installation CD, inside the shipping box.
If you didn't buy your Dell E310dw printer NIB, or don't have an installation CD, et cetera, you can download the Dell E310dw Debian/Ubuntu (.deb) printer drivers directly from Dell:
CUPS automatically found/configured my Dell E310dw printer immediately upon opening it, after installing the two .deb files, mentioned above.
BTW, I used GDebi to install these .debs. Evidently the 32-bit depends were already present on my 64-bit Dell OptiPlex 7010, so the two .debs were all that needed to be installed.

YXSAARLANE,
Unfortunately, Dell only has Linux drivers for the following Liinux versions listed below.

On the CD that comes with it, there is a Linux folder with 2 deb files.
You may need 32bit libs if you haven't already installed them.
On ubuntu 16.04 I mounted the cd then
sudo dpkg -i /media/morgan/DELL/Linux/e310dwlpr-3.2.0-1.i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i /media/morgan/DELL/Linux/e310dwcupswrapper-3.2.0-1.i386.deb
However I previously had Steam installed meaning I had many 32bit deps already.
If you have issues due to non installed deps do this after
sudo apt-get -f install
To install deps..
Also if you have lost the CD the same drivers can be found on this link
(For some reason only the SLES link has Linux drivers, but it has drivers for Ubuntu also)
