E515 printer driver does not download

The driver download goes all the way to the Easy navigator but does not do anything after I press the Yes button to make changes to the computer. I have tries several times calling Dell and they were no help because the printer is out of warranty. I see several other people have the same problems with Dell drivers and printers. I wish some knowledgeable computer person will help everyone.
