HP had no answer, but a guy on the microsoft network did, It was the Pml Driver/ Net Driver, and the files "HPZipm12.dll" and"HPZinw12.dll" that had to be removed.The Drivers had to be shut off first to remove the files next.

You should contact HP for this. Most likely answer is that the drivers are not Vista compatible.
