Dear Arjun BV,

We do not have pallet or the original boxes to stack as instructed.

Can we use boxes that we can find and place the cartridges within?

Hello John,

According to the link that I provided the option says Boxes/Pallet, which can be any box that would fit the toners/cartridges in the required manner (Pack up to 20 cartridges per box you supply, four cartridges to a layer, up to three layers tall, with a maximum weight of 150 kilograms. Then schedule a pallet pickup) and we should be able to pick them up if packed properly.

Please give it a try and arrange the same. And if it cannot be picked up you can always try a local recycling drop off in your close by locality.
