Image not lined up
I have a 5100cn color laser printer. It was printing blank pages. I replaced the developer drive assembly. Everything worked ok. Recently when printing certain colors (green especially) you see a double or blurred image. Example, you see the writing then you see a shadow to the right. Its not lining up the colors is the best way to explain.

I also am having a similar issue where if multiple colors are needed to print text or images, the one color is shifted vertically above the other.
