Missing color cartridge message
I have a Dell 948 all in one printer. This morning a message showed on the printer stating" Install color cartridge". But I already have. I've aligned, cleaned, and troubleshot the printer. I've also unplugged it and everything. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem? Any and all replies are much appreciated.

You are using Dell Series 11 ink cartridges, correct?
Dell Series 11 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges.
Dell Series 11 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.
Black cartridge = black(left side) Color cartridge = Color side(right side)
Photo Cartridge = Black(left side) Color cartridge = color side.
If the cartridge has a bad sensor in it, then take it back to the place of purchase for a replacement.
