My DELL printer 926 doesn´t print

Hi everyone

I have just installed the printer 926 and the scan works but when I try to print anything it sounds like it is working but there is nothing printed on the page.

It says that the color cartridge is low but that the black one is ok. Do I need to do something with the software? 

Do you think that the black ink is dry but the printer doesn´t recognize that it is dry?

Carluvi,

Try to copy something under the glass. Black and white and color. If nothing prints, then the Dell Series 9 ink cartridges need replaced.

Dell Series 9 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges.

 

Dell Series 9 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.

 

Black cartridge = black side(left side)          Color cartridge = color side(right side)

 

Photo cartridge = black side(left side)          Color cartridge = color side(right side)
