New Dell v525 will not print black
Just received a v525w from my company for my remote office. I went through the installation process on the disc but the printer will not print black, only color. All cartridges are new out of the foil packages and a quick online search did not turn up any useful fixes. Touching the black cartridge round ink pad shows ink in the cartridge, so again, don't think its the cartridge.
Any thoughts on how to fix?

Phone support rep had me clean print head and that fixed it. Said storage or shipping sometimes affects the print head.

Hi agorena123,
Open the printer control panel and select the option “Switch to black and white mode” and check if it helps. Also find the link for the manual below.

I have tried all options, obviously I cannot locate the printer control panel, because nothing gives me the switch to black and white mode. Please advise
