PLEASE HELP !!! 5130cdn Color : perpetual paper jam with tray 2

Hello

I have everytime a paper jam when printing from tray two (tray one is empty)

the page come out about 1 centimeter and then it is immediately stucked.

 And when I remove the page, only the top of the page is wrinkled. 

However, we checked everything  : there is no dust no particule in the paper path, no other jammed page,

etc... 

we have performed several tests : multiple pages, few pages, other paper quality, rotate print face, etc.... but nothing works

Technical support was never able to solve the problem and warranty expied last year.

Did someone has the same problem ?
