Paper Jam in Dell C3760dn Laser Printer

Our Dell C3760dn Laser Printer insists that there is a paper jam, though I have done everything I can to find the microscopic bit of paper that must be in there somewhere.  Any suggestions, or is it time to ship this printer back to Dell for repair?

I have the same exact problem.  Error code 050-129 is insisting that I have a paper jam, although I've opened all the doors and checked thoroughly, the message will not go away.  I purchased the printer in August 2012 and have never had a single problem, even a paper jam, until now!  DELL, please help!

Hello INFLECTIONDESIGN,

Thank you for posting to the forum. This error is normally indicative of jams around the feed assembly. Try removing the main tray as well as the SSF tray. Once both are removed try cleaning the rollers in the back of the unit. If issues persist please contact support through chat or phone.

Good luck getting any support on this.  They will have you order a bunch of parts at your expense and the problem will still be there.
