Printer 5130cdn 077-300 False Cover Open report

new 5130cdn first reported paper jam with no paper jam.  extensive cleaning corrected that but  now it reports " close front cover"  error077-300 but door does close.  There seems to be one sensor in the center of teh cover that depresses a detente button in a sort of H configuration. manually depre3ssing that button gently does present  a clicking noise that seems to indicate it is functioning but the error code remains. The device has also been turned off and on many times with time frames between on seconds to minutes to hours.  It has been unplugged for long periods to assure no power is being pulsed to some unknown location.    I have read that in a 3000 series model this is a known fault requiring a new high voltage power supply./  I am at a remote site deep in Afghanistan n and my nearest repair facility is 100 miles away and weeks in transit both  ways by Military air and prioirity so I hope there is a local fix for this issue.  call US commercial 3096448857
