Printer won't finish printing edge of image

I have a pretty new Dell V313w and I noticed that if I print a picture that fills up most of the page (but still with a border) the horizontal side that prints out last seems to blur off instead of having a sharp edge like it should. It looks exactly like if you were to pull a picture out while it was still printing, with lines near the edge and and fading off.. But of course I'm not pulling it out like that. Also, this is most likely related, but when I'm done printing the picture is usually "stuck" on that edge.. and even if I don't pull it out, it will come out normally if I print another picture, but still have the blurred edge. I'm also using glossy photo paper, but normal paper still seems to feel "stuck" on the edge, is that normal or something?

I'm planning on selling photos, and I can't have defects like that.. I've also wasted way too much ink trying to get good print outs.
