Replaced Dell 1320c Black Toner Cartridge - Now Will NOT Print

My Dell 1320c has been working fine until I needed to replace the toner.  Now the Black toner indicator blinks and the [!] indicator is also flashing and won't print.  I used Dell replacement toner cartridge and also tried a 3rd party toner cartridge with the same result.  These are brand new Dell cartridges but, printer won't accept them.

Can anyone help?  Is there a problem with the cartridge?  Will Dell send a warranty replacement cartridge?  Printer was working great until I ran out of toner.
