Scan to email

Somehow one of my coworkers set our 2665 so that it always pre-selects one specific email address (always the same one) and we have to manually remove that address every time we need to scan to a different address. How do we remove that email as the default?

Just to clarify, there are 2 boxes in the scan to email function on that printer. Which one is getting populated with the default email? "Enter Recipient Address" or the box under "Sender:"?
