V525w - with blank lines

I just changed yellow ink in my one-year old V525w. The other three cartridges are showing over half full. The color printing is sharp - except for lines approximate every half inch that are very light and very blue. I've changed ink before, and have not encountered this lack of quality.

Any suggestions for returning this to former beautiful, solid, sharp printing?
