b1165nfw AOI printer/scanner - cannot scan
I have windows 10 and downloaded the latest driver. The printer functions properly. But for some reason, the scanner cannot connect.
You have to use the button functions on the printer to attempt to locate your PC, but when I do, I get a response: "not available"
Any help in helping my device find my PC when attempting to scan?
