connecting the 3110cn to a wireless network

 I am having a problem with my dell 3110cn printer. I have win7 and am trying to set it up to print wirelessly. I select network installation, and configure wireless settings using USB. I go all the way throught the process, reseting the MPC,finding the printer, installing the software. When I get to the setting-ready printer page, I select my printer, but I get a message that says "some printers are not detected. Are you sure you want to continue?" I select yes, and immediately it says that my printer has been installed. When I check my printer preferences, it is connected through the USB port. I have a 948 and 2035n working fine wirelessly.
