Howdo i get to Tool Box, manual says all progs dell printers adduitional color laser software - status monitor console, but there is no progs within dell printers

Hello Jaskent,
It sounds like you do not have all the software installed with the printer. Please uninstall/reinstall using either your CD or the driver package listed below. That should get you back to where you want to be.
