v725W stopped printing in color

I decided to give this V725W try, but if it does not last any longer then my V715W I also will be trying something else.  I was really disappointed at the way Dell handled the hold thing.  Too many users were having the same problem with that printer not printing color.  There is no way that Dell was not aware of this problem.  I say shame on DELL.
