Can not login in Unisphere Central (Data Collector)

I need help.
I am trying to configure sc3020 storage monitoring via MS SCOM
According to the Storage Manager 2019 R1 Installation Guide, I installed the Data Collector and Storage Manager Client for Windows.

But when I try to connect to the Data Collector (through the Unisphere Central shortcut), I cannot log in. I provided default credentials, but they are incorrect.
Tell me, please, what credentials do you need to specify?

Also, I cannot connect by Storage Manager Client, I specify the credentials for the Dell Storage Manager User (in accordance with the "Installation Guide"), but I get an “Invalid Logon Credentials” error, although they are correct.

Tell me, please, what could be the problem?
