is there a problem with the download links from the support portal? I am unable to download from there. And using the online update I was only able to update the app and discovery appliances. But now my performance charts are not working correctly.

I have been successful in updating using the remote update server but from the internal EMC network. Form the outside, I have been able to access the content for each of the VMs. If you updated only the Discovery, and Storage Resource appliances and not the Historical Database, you are not in a supported configuration. I would suggest rolling back via a snapshot or at a minimum try to update the Historical Database again. Each time you click on "Specify Repository" you MUST re-enter the password even if it appears to be there.
You can also attempt to access the content using a browser to make sure you can access it. If the problems persist, you should collect the vami.logs and open an SR with Customer Support.

After re-entering the repository information in ProSphere i was able to update the other 2 appliances. But for some reason the download from the new powerlink site i get

Please contact either https://support.emc.com/feedback choose the topic of your request from the list and provide details OR email software@emc.com for assistance with any problems/issues with software registration, software downloads, or requests for physical CD shipments, for generally-available (not EOSL) software downloads.

Mmm... interesting - If I go through Powerlink and not Support I can get the files.
Downloading them at the moment.

same here unable to download or do the online update. I have tried re-entering the password again on the update source settings.

Downloading using powerlink works for me also
