hi miguel.regules
Have you exclude the network issue from your browser to access the port 8443 for launching the application? Are you able to directly telnet the port from you client machine?

Hi Miguel,
If you require more eyes on the above request it may be best to post the above question to the SSG forum as from the EMC end they support UniSphere for VMAX https://community.emc.com/community/support/host_systems

Miguel,
I had this issue as well. Have you tried clearing the browser cache? You can also try connecting using the IP address of the host instead of the hostname. Try connecting from the system running Unisphere using https://localhost:8443.

Hi,
EMC Unisphere for VMAX V1.6 Release Notes page 8
https://support.emc.com/docu47000_Unisphere-for-VMAX-1.6-Release-Notes.pdf?language=en_US
************************************
Solutions Enabler
Solutions Enabler V7.6 64-bit is the minimum supported version, in local or
client/server mode. In client/server mode, the Solutions Enabler version running on
the server must be greater than or equal to the version running on the client. In
addition, the storsrvd daemon must be running on the server.
EMC ControlCenter
Unisphere cannot be installed on the same host as EMC ControlCenter agents
because Unisphere requires a 64-bit version of Solutions Enabler and ControlCenter
agents require a 32-bit version of Solutions Enabler.
************************************
The above statements would only refer to agents that use Solution Enabler. If the host in question only have Master and Host agents installed it should be ok to install Unisphere for VMAX
For move details review emc262323 "Is SMC, SPA, or Unisphere supported with EMC ControlCenter?"

Hi DP,
I would not know how Unisphere for VMAX is licenced.
To help with your query open a chat with the licensing team and they should be able to answer.
https://support.emc.com/servicecenter/liveChat select "Product Licensing" as Question type and fill in the details.
