Backup and Recovery, Inspiron
Hi,
I attempted twice to create DELL BACKUP AND RECOVERY but not succeeded. I read an fulfilled all the conditions according to instruction. I'm using updated BIOS/ version string A05 / application version 1.5.0.0 and DVD-R PRO. First DVD was successfully created and when I entered second one, that was refused and ejected with no any error code. I lost my 3 DVDs and several hours on reading blogs and FAQs related to the topic. Please sort out my problem asap.

Hi ANJUM AFROZ,
As you mentioned you have searched most of the forums and blogs, have you tried to Uninstall and then Re-Install Dell Backup and Recovery? If no, please uninstall Dell Backup and Recovery from the programs option in the control panel. Then download the software from the Dell Backup and Recovery website and reinstall:

Do reply if you are able to create the image disc after re-installing the application.
