CinePlayer

Hi

 

I recently bought a Laptop inspiron XPS M1710 with DVD. The software Cineplayer from sony was already installed on it but there is no way to make it work. It knows there is a DVD is the player but doesnt want to play it. I suppose its because i'm not registered.

 

And here is the problem. I can't write the @ symbol in the software and so can't I register my product. Any Idea how to resolve the problem?
