Dell Digital Delivery Not Installing Purchased Software
I am trying to reinstall Dell Backup and Recovery Premium using the Digital Delivery. All I get is "There was a problem, please reinstall". Reset settings does not help. I navigate to C:\program data\Dell\Digital Delivery\Downloads\Software and try to execute there but no results. The contents of that file are "
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell Backup and Recovery\Components\Upgrade\Posaca.exe"
I reinstalled Digital Delivery and it did not resolve the issue.
