Dell Start Page on Windows Internet Explorer
When I "Add Stuff" and delete items on my Dell Start Page / Explorer, I find that it periodically resets to what I assume to be default content, and I have to add and delete again. Is there a way to avoid repeating this, ad nauseum? Am I missing something, ignorant, or just stupid?
