MyLocker problems - Cannot download purchased software to my MAC

I recently purchased Turbo Tax and Quicken and was sent a link to download the software via "MyLocker".  This method of delivery apparently does not work with Apple MACs.  I then tried to download the software on a DELL laptop that I use for work but still had no luck.  I still need the software and want to know what my options are.  Can someone help me?

Hello, I was finally able to download the software by using a different browser. I switched from Mozilla to Internet Explorer and I was able to download the software. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

same issue here and no answer from Dell. I have tried to download Quickbooks 2013 with no luck. Clicking on the blue download arrow just lets me download something called smartsource which I guess is some proprietary thing that allows the Quickbooks download but even that won't work and tells me I should contact my application vendor. I need to get this software on my laptop! It is bought and paid for. This isn't right.
