BC Helper.exe System error
When my Dell laptop starts up I get a pop up "The computer can't start because sqlite 3.dll is missing from your computer
try reinstalling the program to fix the problem", when I press the OK the computer works normal except the top scroll button does not work and I have to use the side bar to move the screen up, this all has been since I used CCleaner and it found a trojen and it deleted it, can anyone tell me what program has to be reinstalled? or how to put it right.
