Business Contact Mngr Not Installing Correclty

Like many of you, I've read many posts about this topic and I am stuck.  Purchased this computer new last year.  Thought that BCM came w/the computer - and maybe I disabled the option? Not sure. But now i cannot find it on the computer and it will not install. WE've tried installing the product numerous times w/the Microsoft Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 backup CD provided by Dell w/zero success.  I saved the error msg's and can send them if that would help.

I've also logged onto the Microsoft Small Business concierge support site to see if they could help w/no success.

Tried clicking on Tools>Customize>Business Contact Mngr for Outlook and it will not allow me to check the box which leads me to believe that it is still not installed correctly.

If anyone has any information that they've been able to gleam about this topic, I'd greatly appreciate the help.  We're trying to create a marketing database but without this product we're unable to get the process started.
